Details: Colin Harrison is a highly decorated photographer based in the UK. During the Covid lockdown, Colin has produced two talks for presentation to camera clubs throughout the world. This talk, Creative Flower Photography, features Colin Harrison's work in producing unique images of flowers:
"Some of the flowers were pressed or put in the freezer to be photographed later. Most of my images were then manipulated in various software packages including Adobe Photoshop, Topaz Studio 2, On 1 and Nik software. During the Covid lockdown I was able to produce my talk with most of the flower images being taken in from our small garden at our home near the RAF base of Brize Norton in Oxfordshire in the UK. Some of the flowers were pressed or put in the freezer to be photographed later. Most of my images were then manipulated in various software packages including Adobe Photoshop, Topaz Studio 2, On 1 and Nik software.
"I have split my talk into many small sections including still life, framing images, insects on flowers, using software etc. I will show you the equipment I used including my home produced lighting and copying gadgets and how easy it is to produce the images you will be seeing.
"The talk is fast flowing and will show my enthusiasm for flower photography."
