Come learn all about nature photography with one of our club's noted nature photographers, Paul Abravaya

Paul's interest in nature photography is that of a hunter with a camera. He looks for all types of animals from the smallest to the largest to shoot. Of course birds are the most commonly found, and Paul will show you some of his photos and talk about techniques that he uses for shooting our feathered friends; birds in flight, high speed multi-flash photography and more. Paul will bring some of his equipment to demonstrate usage. He dabble a bit in macro photography of insects and occasionally butterflies and frogs. This is a learning experience for everyone, and Paul would also like to hear from those of you who are like minded and would like to share your knowledge of technique and equipment.

Plan on attending these Program Meetings in the coming months:

  • November 21, Post-Processing, Hutch Hutchison
  • No program meeting in December. See you in January.
